Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Crow Code Solutions Pvt. Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide technology consulting, software development, and related services as outlined in individual project proposals. Each project is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) that details: project scope and deliverables, timeline and milestones, pricing and payment terms, and specific requirements and specifications.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Standard terms include: upfront payment (30-40%) to commence work, milestone-based payments as work progresses, final payment upon project completion, and invoices due within 15 days of issuance.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. You receive full ownership and rights to use, modify, and distribute the work. We retain the right to use general techniques, skills, and knowledge gained during the project.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, project details, or any proprietary data to third parties without your explicit consent. This obligation continues even after the project ends.

6. Warranty & Support

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project delivery during which we fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost. Extended support and maintenance are available through separate agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We recommend maintaining appropriate backups and insurance for your business operations.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all work completed to date. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
